First is Visual Studio from Microsoft:

    – IDE from Microsoft
    – Recommended for TypeScript
    – Free to use

Uses JavaScript instead of Java
    – More feature-rich than Visual Studio
    – Paid Service

And lastly you can use Sublime Text:
